Detroit-Style Pizza

Detroit Style pizza is the biggest trend in pizza right now. I visited @nates_detroit_pizza to illustrate what it’s all about. Detroit-style pizza is a rectangular pizza built with cheese directly on top of the dough, followed by sauce. The cheese goes all the way to the edges of the pan, where it cooks and caramelizes, giving you a crispy, crunchy cheese crust.
