LFB Community Boxing 🥊 Did you know that our LFB Boxing team have a community section? Coach and firefighter Charlie runs the boxing club, made up of LFB firefighters and young people from the community. Charlie visits youth centres and teaches young people to hone their boxing skills, develop their discipline and teamwork, and consider London Fire Brigade as a potential career path. The Lafone Cup 🥊 On Thursday 25th April, our LFB Boxing Club will be boxing in the annual Metropolitan Police Service amateur boxing championship, The Lafone Cup. This will be held at the O2 Indigo in North Greenwich from 6-10pm. The event will feature LFB Firefighters, as well as a member of our Community Boxing team, and will be judged and refereed by England Boxing.
