Surveillance video captured thieves on Long Island climbing into charity donation bins through the slot in order to steal the donated clothes within. Police on Wednesday announced the arrest of 16 people accused of systematically stealing hundreds of thousands of pounds of donated clothes across Suffolk County. Of the 16 people charged, including juveniles, eight of the defendants are allegedly in the country illegally. They've all pleaded not guilty. | CBS New York
