PERFUME, SCULPTURE OF THE INVISIBLE . Through Expanded Drops, the Swiss-Canadian photographer Christelle Boulé endeavored to convey images of fragrance by creating photographic “fingerprints” of the Maison’s most iconic perfumes. By placing several drops on conventional colored photographic paper, Christelle Boulé revealed a unique image, at once abstract and poetic, of each fragrance.
