Every day, Fraggle is becoming more active and doing cute little things like digging his first burrow in care, even if it's on my lounge! While he’s made incredible progress, there are still some signs of brain damage from the severe state of starvation he was in. One dose Bravecto is not enough so it’s starting from scratch again and hopefully we can give him two follow up doses. Wombat carers typically do whatever they can to make their wombats as comfortable as possible. It is not always easy as they require such specialist care. We built this burrow a while ago but noticed that the level was high and the boys weren't digging it out. It seems a lot of soil seeped in through the holes in the side (these are trench-liners) and they have flooded a few times. So we rebuilt them. Better.
